Delivery Time

We know how anxious you are to receive your order. After you place your order with GiaGray Designs, you can expect your package to ship within three business days, with just a couple of exceptions:

• Monogrammed and other made-to-order items may take up to 10 days to ship.
• Custom boutique orders may take up to 14 days to ship.

We understand that sometimes you might be in a bit of a rush. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you need your order to be completed by a particular date. We do our best to accommodate every special request! Please send your order number and desired completion date to sales@giagraydesigns.com.

In all cases, you will be notified via email when your order has shipped.

Shipping

Your order will ship via USPS and will include delivery confirmation. Shipping rates are as follows:

• Orders between $1 - $24: $6.00
• Orders between $25 - $50: $10.00
• Orders over $50: $12.00

Returns

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from GiaGray Designs. We pride ourselves in offering only the highest quality products, and we stand behind them 100%.

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return the item for a store credit.

Returns must be received within fourteen days of your receipt of the order.

To return an item, please send an email to sales@giagraydesigns.com for an authorization number and our return address.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept returns on personalized items. However, your satisfaction is our primary concern. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your personalized item, and we’ll see what we can do.

Sorry, we cannot issue cash refunds. Please also note that your shipping fee is nonrefundable.
